Tekfa is an urban design initiative that reimagines existing streets, buildings, and public spaces in Kuwait through visual redesign, tactical urbanism, and community participation.

The project demonstrates how small, low-cost, human-centered interventions can significantly improve quality of life without demolition or large-scale investment.

By combining professional design with public input, Tekfa acts as a bridge between citizens, designers, and decision-makers, offering a risk-free way to test ideas visually before physical implementation.
